Here's my bio:

Rachel Davies provides consultancy and coaching teams in agile software development. She has been applying agile approaches since 2000 and has experience of a range of agile methods including XP, SCRUM, Lean and DSDM.

Rachel is co-author of the first book on the topic of Agile Coaching. Rachel is also a well-known presenter at and organizer of industry conferences.
