From Agile Coaches Gathering
I have been a professional software developer for over 25 years and have been using XP for the last 10.
I have mentored and coached teams of upto 20 programmers.
I have worked in a number of roles including "Development Manager", "Team Coach" and "Chief Architect". My current role is "Software Team Lead".
Irresepctive of my title, I see myself as a advocate of an Agile aprroach throughout which ever company I am working for, with an emphasis on test driven design and pair programming within the development team.
I will not be at the gathering on Friday.
