I've now been 10 years in the SW dev business, and the first 2 told me that we must be doing something wrong because my beautiful code was not in any user's hands despite 2 years of software development! From there I discovered Reeves, Bob Martin, Kent Beck, Ron Jeffries, Highsmith, etc...and I haven't looked back.

Since November 2007 I've fortunate enough to get to work as an Agile coach for various companies here in Iceland. I, and my partners, are driven by a thirst for knowledge that we can use to make software development a force for good on our little island. I'm a voracious reader and love to talk to people about the issues I'm passionate about, so I'm very much looking forward to this Gathering.
